Dorothy Virginia Holland

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home for Dorothy Virginia Holland age 80 of Pendergrass. The Rev. Jon Williams will officiate. Interment will be in Oakwood City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.

Mrs. Holland passed away, Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a period of declining health. Born in Jackson County on November 14, 1929, she had lived in the Flowery Branch, Oakwood area for more than 60 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Buddy Holland.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and David West of Pendergrass; grandsons, Jeremy West and Jeffery West both of Pendergrass; great grandchildren, Zachariah, Destiny, Junior and Victor; and other relatives and friends.
