Woodie Neal Byrd, age 95, of Gainesville, Ga died Saturday, December 26, 2009. She is survived by her sons Randy (Celia Brawner) Byrd of Gainesville, GA, Donald (Jan) Byrd of San Diego, CA and Jamel (Ruby) Ahmad of Atlanta, GA, Nine Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010 from 7-9pm at the Wimberly & Jackson Chapel, Gainesville, GA. Homegoing Celebration will be held Sunday, January 3, 2010 at 3pm at the Wimberly & Jackson Chapel, Gainesville, GA. Interment will be at the Alta Vista Cemetery, Gainesville, GA.
