Jeanette Savage

Obituary Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2009
Jeanette Savage, age 52 of Cleveland and formerly of Baldwin, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at Habersham County Medical Center following an extended illness.

Born in Hall County on November 4, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Randolph and Bessie Mae Simmons Savage. Miss Savage attended Leatherwood Baptist Church and enjoyed playing with her stuffed animals and looking at magazines. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Julie Crowe and brother, Woodrow Savage.

Surviving are sister and brother-in-law, Jereline & W. T. Savage of Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, James & Allie Savage of Alto; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, February 13, 2009, from the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Harrill Millsaps and Rev. Kenneth Franklin officiating. Interment will follow in Leatherwood Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3-5 & 7-9 pm on Thursday.
