Frank Joseph Murray, Jr.

Frank Joseph Murray, Jr., age 41 of Cornelia, passed away Sunday, February 01, 2009.

Born in Habersham County on November 17, 1967, he was the son of Frank Joseph, Sr. and Geraldine Maney Murray. He was a construction worker and attended Hillside Baptist Church. During his spare time, he enjoyed playing the guitar and fishing. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Levis & Elvedia Murray.

Surviving are daughters, Tori Beth Murray and Olivia Murray both of Turnerville; son, Jordan Flannigan of Cornelia; parents, Frank, Sr. and Geri Murray of Cornelia; brother, Adam Murray of Cornelia; brother and sister-in-law, Shane & Dolly Murray of Demorest; maternal grandparents, Clyde & Flora Maney of Demorest; nieces, Reese and Kassidy Murray; nephews, Dalton and Jared Murray.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 4, 2009, from the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Billy Harris, Rev. Larry Free officiating. Interment will follow in Level Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Frank, Sr. and Geri Murray, PO Box 725, Cornelia, GA 30531.
