Joan A. Brownlow

Mrs. Joan A. Brownlow, age 70, of Cleveland, GA died Thursday January 1, 2009 at the Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega, GA.

Mrs. Brownlow was born Feb. 16, 1938 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and had lived in White County for the past 11 years. She was a former resident of Bartow County. She was of the Lutheran faith.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas Kouvel and Gladys Koepsel Kouvel.

Mrs. Brownlow is survived by her husband, Kenneth Brownlow, Cleveland, GA; daughters, Debbie Struck, Rome, GA and Sandy Alexander, Dallas, TX; stepson, Andrew Scotty Ansley, Cleveland, GA; sister, Helene Schaffer, Chicago, Illinois. 4 Grandchildren and a number of other relatives also survive.

Mrs. Brownlow was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
