Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine in the kitchen. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC will clean the ice machine at the end of the day. New Violation.
