Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed an accumulation of mold and grime along the interior surfaces of a functioning ice machine. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC must properly clean and sanitize ice machine at COB. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 11/17/2022 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed an accumulation of debris on all non-food contact areas in main kitchen (shelving, floors, counters and walls.) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Please properly and deep clean facility within (5) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 11/23/2022 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed minimal pressure at men's restroom hand sink. Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water. Facility must correct within (5) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 11/23/2022 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed no hot water in men's or women's restroom with time. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Facility must correct within (5) days time.
