Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed ice machine with build up of mold and debris. Food contact surfaces should be sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold accumulations and build up. COS: PIC drained, cleaned and sanitized the ice machine before further use. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
