Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed Sanitizer "Bleach" in the sanitizer compartment of the (3) Part sink at the bar area with a concentration more than 100ppm. Ensure that the concentration of Bleach sanitizer at the (3) part sink is between 50 - 100ppm according to the manufacturer's recommendation. Note: The manager immediately diluted the sanitizer with water unit it reached a concentration of between 50 -100ppm during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.
