Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed multiple employees involved in food preparation wearing wristbands. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Wrist jewelry was removed during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed hot water in the Men's and Women's restroom to be insufficient in temperature. Men's restroom 97F at peak, Women's restroom 80F at peak. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. PIC to have hot water adjusted throughout facility. New Violation. Correct By: 09/19/2021 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(r),(s)] Observed facility dumpster to have accumulation of debris from cardboard boxes. Also observed multiple empty cardboard boxes in main kitchen area. Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. PIC to remove cardboard boxes and additional debris from outside receptacle. New Violation. Correct By: 09/19/2021
