Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed a mold accumulation at the ceiling of the ice machine. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold and debris and possible contamination. COS: PIC closed down ice machine for deep cleaning. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
