Observed employee cutting Lettuce with bare hands as Health Inspector was entering the kitchen. Immediately Health Inspector stopped the employee and she put on a pair of gloves. Bare hand contact with ready to eat food is prohibited. Lettuce was voluntarily discarded during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Food contact surfaces and equipment must be clean to sight and touch.
