Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed TCS food items on the cold holding unit next to the gas stove at temperatures above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit. Also observed TCS food items in an ice bath around the front heat lamp cold holding at temperatures above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit. Except during preparation cooking or cooling food shall be maintained at 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or below or 135 Degrees Fahrenheit or above. Please see table for details. NOTE: PIC immediately discarded all TCS food items that were observed cold holding at temperatures above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
