Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed expired milk in the walk in cooler unit. TCS that are for sale or service to the customer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be served or used after the manufacturer's expiration date or the sell -by date. PIC immediately discarded the milk during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed an employee hand wash sink with a temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Employee hand wash sink must be > 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet peak water demands through out the food service establishment. New Violation. Correct By: 04/27/2021
