Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Food Contact surfaces and equipment shall be clean to sight and touch. Note: Pic will clean the ice machine at the end of the day. New violation. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed chlorine sanitizer solution inside sanitizer bucket with a concentration of more than 400ppm. Ensure the concentration of chlorine sanitizers are between 50 - 100ppm. Sanitizer solution was discarded and a new solution was prepared that had a concentration of between 50 - 100ppm during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
