Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated food debris embedded inside the multi -use slicer when it was broken down by the Manager. Equipment , Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The manager immediately placed the slicer into the dish machine to be wash, rinse and sanitized . Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
