Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated food debris in the interior of the multi slicer when it was broken down.
Equipment Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
PIC immediately placed the slicer into the dish machine were it was washed and sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
