Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Food contact surfaces and equipment must be clean to sight and touch. New Violation. Intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination. New Violation.
