New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed walls in kitchen in need of deep cleaning and sanitizing. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed floor in main kitchen beyond repair. Kitchen floor is to be replaced with materials approved for use in food service establishment kitchen areas.
