Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(a)] Observed both hand sinks being blocked by boxes and other various items. Chlorox bottle was stored in the back hand sink and a bucket was stored in the front hand sink. Hand sinks should be only used for hand washing, and be accissible at all times. The hand sink in the back had no soap, or paper towels. Hand sinks should be stocked with soap, paper towels, and a trash can. COS: Both hand sinks were made accessible & stocked. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(e)] Observed multiple containers of beef closed while actively cooling. During the cooling process, containers which food stored should be left open to allow heat transfer. COS: ICe bath was made for the beef. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed 2 employees wearing watches while handling food in the kitchen. Employees are allowed a single wedding band. COS: Employees took watches off. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
