Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed pink slime mold accumulation in ice buckets, along ice machine baffle, and inside scoop container. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC to clean (i.e. wash, rinse, and sanitize) surfaces at C.O.B. Repeat Violation.
