Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Handwashing sink adjacent to 3 compartment sink personal-use utensils . A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS- PIC removed utensils from foodservice area and to clean items at home. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(x)] No ambient air thermometers available for reach-in cooler and self-service reach-in fridge. Coolers must be equipped with interior thermometers that read ambient air temperature and located in the warmest parts of units such as the doors. The ambient temperature of the unit was observed at 33 Degrees Fahrenheit as measured by the Inspector's Thermometer. Repeat Violation.
