QAC sanitizer must be maintained at a concentration according to the manufacturer. COS: PIC replaced sanitizer at sink, new solution measured 200ppm QAC sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed farthest right cooler door falling off cooler. PIC to have cooler door repaired immediately. New Violation.
