Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed ice machine with a heavy accumulation of debris on the interior. PIC to clean ice machine with sanitizer. Recommended cleaning 2X per month. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed sink in kitchen not sealed to wall. PIC to reseal sink to wall. Observed seals on reach-in cooler door in need of replacing. New Violation.
