Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(4)(b)] Observed main kitchen handsink, next to preptop cooler, not sealed to adjacent wall. Equipment exposed to spillage must be sealed to the adjacent wall. PIC to recaulk sink to wall. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed computer keyboards with a heavy layer of debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC wiped keyboards with sanitizer solution. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
