Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(l)] Observed ware washing machine with a final rinse cycle water temperature of 176 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure that the final rinse cycle water temperature of the dish machine maintains a final rinse cycle water temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The facility moved to sanitize all equipment at the (3) compartment sink. Repeat violation COS. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed cut lettuce and cut tomatoes on an ice bath at temperatures above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit Ensure all TCS food items on ice maintain a temperature of 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or below.
Note An employee immediately discarded the food items during the inspection. Repeat Violation. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
