Employees may consume beverages in approved area of the kitchen but they must be kept in a single-service cup with a lid and straw. COS: Employee removed beverage from kitchen. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed multiple employees cooking in kitchen without hair restraints. Employees must wear hair restraints when working with food. COS: Employees put approved hair restraints on. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster door left open during beginning of inspection. Dumpster doors and lids must be kept closed when not in use. COS: Employee closed dumpster door. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
