Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed broken handle on prep-top cooler. Food service equipment must be maintained in good repair. PIC to replace handle with an approved handle. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Mop sink observed to be dirty with debris accumulation. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept clean to sight and touch. PIC to clean mopsink when not in use. New Violation.
