Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(q)] Observed many food items in walk-in freezer stored on the floor. All food must be stored 6 inches off the floor. PIC to move items in walk-in freezer 6 inches off the floor. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(d)] Observed grease build up on inside of hood exhaust in main kitchen. Observed both vents not in place. The hood must me designed and maintained to prevent grease buildup and potential contamination. COS: PIC replaced vents, to clean hood exhaust more frequently. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
