Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed trash can placed in front of handsink in back of kitchen. Observed metal scrubbers stored in front and middle handsinks in main kitchen. PIC states scrubbers are because of corn starch build up in handsink bowl. COS: PIC to place scrubbers in plastic containers underneath handsink when not in use. Ensure scrubbers are kept clean. PIC moved trash can out of the way of rear kitchen handsink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed chicken made on 2/13/20 at 3:00PM with no date label. Time/temperature Controlled for Safety food that is prepared and held in a food service establishment for longer than 24 hours must be labeled with the prep date or discard date. COS: PIC labeled cooked chicken. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
