Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] No CFSM. Food service establishment must have a certified food safety manager at all times. PIC states she will attend the 3/10/20 class with Hall EH. PIC to register on Monday and confirm with EH registration status. Repeat Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(f)] Observed wet mops stored inside mop sink. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. PIC to install rack that allows mops to air dry. New Violation.
