Note: Employee will break down the ice machine and clean it. New Violation. 8-2B Observed quaternary Ammonia sanitizer at the (3) compartment sink with a concentration more than 400ppm. Ensure the quaternary Ammonia sanitizer at the (3) compartment sink maintains a concentration of between 150 - 400ppm. Note: Manager will contact Ecolab to re-calibrate the sanitizing gadget. Manager diluted the sanitizer solution until it registered between 150 - 400ppm during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
