Observed in - use utensil scoops with no handles immersed in the food in a container at the dry food storage area. Ensure in - use scoops have handles and are stored above the top of the food in food storage containers. New violation. PIC discarded the scoops during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. A backflow prevention device shall be located so that it may be serviced and maintained. PIC will place a work order to have it repaired. New Violation. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(f)] Observed inoperable light fixture under the ventilation exhaust hood at the kitchen front cook line. The light intensity under a food prep area should be at least 50 foot candles of illumination. Pic has placed a work order for the light fixture to be repaired. New Violation. New Violation.
