Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. PIC will clean the ice machine at the end of the day. New Violation. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed Dish machine registering 0ppm of Chlorine. Ensure that the dish machine registers between 50 - 100ppm of Chlorine according to the Manufacturer's Recommendation. Facility immediately called up Ecolab technician to have a look at the dish machine. Until the Technician arrives the facility will manually wash, rinse and sanitize at the (3) compartment sink.
