Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(n)1] Observed employee touch food, dirty towels, and sanitizer. Employee then rinsed gloved hands in bowl of water, then handsink. In between tasks gloves must be changed and hands washed. Employee was educated on the need to change gloves and wash hands in between tasks. COS: Employee changed gloves and washed hands. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed pork, beans, and chicken stored in non-commercial reach-in cooler at temperatures from 47 - 60F. Time/temperature controlled for safety foods must be cold held at 41F or lower in order to prevent the growth of potentially harmful bacteria. COS: Employees voluntarily discarded chicken, beans, and pork. Observed eggs being held on counter outside of cooler. PIC placed eggs back into cooler. New Violation.
