Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed accumulated slime in the interior of the ice machine. (b) Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned: PIC will break down the ice machine at the end of the day and clean and sanitize it. New Violation. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(k),(l)] Observed empty boxes stored behind the back door of the facility, not placed in the dumpster. (k) Storing Refuse, Recyclables, and Returnables. Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. PIC ordered employee to take all the boxes to the dumpster. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed water leaking from the condenser unit of the walk in cooler unit. Note: The water leaking from the condenser unit was not leaking onto any food of food item in the walk in unit. The water I from the unknit is non potable and is contaminated with Legionella Bacteria. New Violation. New Violation.
