Inpection Notes

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(g)] Ventilation inadequate as evidenced by vent inability to suction lightweight paper. Inspector tested the three sections/filters of the hood vent with a napkin and determined 2 of the three sections were not ventilating sufficiently. To keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke, and fumes, mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity shall be provided. PIC to pressure wash filters at end of day and ensure cleaned filters function properly when reinstalled. New Violation.
