Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed walk-in freezer with a heavy accumulation of ice from evaporator fan and on ceiling. Food service equipment including the walk-in freezer must be maintained in good repair. PIC to have freezer ice cleaned out and have the equipment repaired. New Violation.
