Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed cooked sweet potatoes and 1000 island dressing that had been prepared 1/21/20 morning with no date label. Time/temperature controlled for safety foods that are prepared and held must be labeled and used or discarded within 7 days with the prep day counting as day 1. COS: employee labeled 1000 island dressing and sweet potatoes. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
