Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(d)] Observed multiple containers of food in kitchen that were not identifiable and not labeled with their common name. All food in working containers that is not easily identifiable must be labeled with the common name of that food. COS: PIC labeled flour, 2 spice mixtures, and corn starch bottle. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed both dumpster doors left open. Dumpster doors must be shut at all times except when taking out trash. Dumpster doors prevent rodents and pests from entering dumpster. COS: Employee closed both dumpster doors. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
