Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed various items in a 2-door standing commercial cooler and walk-in cooler with date labels past the 7 day requirement: Seasoned beef, refried beans, chicken tomalis, mayo w/ ketchup mix. TCS food should have a 7 day date label with day 1 being the day of preparation and day 7 being the discard date. COS: Most items were prepped or seasoned on 12/24/19. New labels were placed on the TCS items. Mayo and ketchup mix sauce were discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
