Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed ice machine with an accumulation of slime/debris on the interior ceiling. Food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. COS: PIC emptied ice machine and used a sanitizer towel to wipe down interior of ice machine. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
