Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed a bag lunch fall on the floor behind serving line. Bag lunch was picked up and placed on a multi-compartment tray to be served. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Bag lunch was removed from line before being served. PIC voluntarily discarded bag lunch. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Cafeteria staff currently use an absorbent powder and Sani-T-10 in the event of a vomit or fecal incident. Sani-T-10 is not approved for use against Norovirus, the most common foodborne illness in the United States. PIC was emailed EPA list G which contains the approved products effective against norovirus. PIC to obtain one of the products and inform the health authority. Main kitchen handsink 100F. Dish machine wash temperature 162F. Final rinse 190F. Pressure 20PSI.
