Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(c)] Posted CFSM certification expired more than 90 days ago. A CFSM certificate which has expired shall not be posted in the food service establishment. Within ninety days of the expiration of the CFSM certificate, the CFSM shall enroll in an approved food safety training course, pass an approved exam and obtain a new certificate. Discussed with PIC the option to enroll in next available CFSM course provided by Hall County Environmental Health on December 3, 2019. Call 770-531-3973 for registration information. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Exterior surfaces of bulk food containers, shelving, and racks in dry storage area have accumulated debris and residues. Clean nonfood contact surfaces of equipment frequently and thoroughly enough to keep rid of accumulations. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Accumulated debris and residues along floor/wall juncture and under/behind coolers, freezer chest, shelving, and other equipment through dry storage and food preparation areas. Clean floors and walls frequently and thoroughly enough to prevent accumulations. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(n)] Observed dust covered equipment and miscellaneous items stored throughout dry storage area, water heater area, and front room prep area. The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(n)] Observed drop ceiling in dry storage area compromised to where exterior entry/attic space is accessible for rodent and pest entry. Perimeter walls and roofs of a food service establishment shall effectively protect the establishment from the weather and the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(k)] Observed evidence of pests (e.g. droppings and rodent bait stations) in dry storage and other food service areas. The presence of pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence by routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests, eliminating harborage conditions, and eliminating food sources. New Violation.
