Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed multiple TCS foods being held in two separate prep-top coolers at temperatures above 41F. See log. Time/temperature Controlled for Safety foods must be cold held at 41F to prevent the growth of potentially harmful bacteria in food. Employee states grill prep-top cooler were holding at 37F at 11:00AM. PIC adjusted pizza prep-top cooler and closed door and plugged in grill prep-top cooler. PIC placed TCS foods from pizza prep-top into walk-in cooler to cool appropriately (see log). PIC voluntarily discarded TCS foods in grill cooler. It is recommended all coolers in the kitchen receive regular service to ensure they are operating properly. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
