Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(b)] Observed a bottle labeled 'sanitizer' with 0ppm QAC sanitizer concentration. PIC states bottle is water only and is used for cleaning. COS: PIC removed 'sanitizer' label and replaced it with 'water'. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
