Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed ice machine with an accumulation of black slime around chute area. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC cleaned ice machine with sanitizer towel. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed both dumpsters missing drain plugs. Dumpsters must maintain drain plugs when drain holes are present to prevent the potential harborage of pests and rodents. PIC contacted waste management company during inspection. PIC states plugs will installed on Monday 8-19-19. New Violation.
