Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed open water bottle and employee travel mug stored on prep table in main kitchen. Employee beverages may be kept in the kitchen in a single-service cup with a lid and straw. Personal beverage containers must be kept out of the kitchen. COS: PIC moved beverages out of the kitchen. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizer bucket in front service area next to grill with 0ppm chlorine or QAC sanitizer concentration. Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained at 50-100ppm. QAC sanitizer must be maintained at a concentration according to the manufacturer (usually 150 - 400ppm). COS: PIC refilled sanitizer bucket with QAC sanitizer that measured 200ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
