Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed both sweet and unsweet tea nozzles in lobby area with an accumulation of residue on the interior. Food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. COS: PIC removed the nozzles and cleaned them with a small brush. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 11D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(x)] Observed reach in cooler in drive-thru area with no temperature measuring device. All hot and cold holding units must be equipped with a temperature measuring device in order to verify it is holding proper temperatures. PIC to purchase a thermometer and place it in reach-in cooler. New Violation.
