Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed accumulation of residue on soda machine nozzles. Food-contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of residue and debris. COS: PIC removed all nozzles for cleaning and sanitizing. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed both lids to dumpsters open. Outdoor waste receptacles must remain covered when not in use to prevent odor and the harborage of pests. COS: PIC had employee cover receptacles. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
